Spices

A sumptuous and unique piece of wall art which was inspired by the rich colour palette of Indian spices.  Handmade using both twisted and braided cotton cords, the vibrant display of rich colours undulate uniformly within the pattern of knotting.  This detailed piece has textural elements of berry knots and long flowing tassels and is finished with a knotted fringe.  The wall hanging is suspended from a natural wood dowel and transforms into a lace-like appearance when positioned infront of a light source.
